Because he dropped from the 50th percent to the 25th percent in weight, both my doctor and I agree that we need to supplement feedings with formula. I knew that this would probably be the case, but it's hard to not be a little disappointed and upset. It's been hard to not blame myself for low quality milk. My diet isn't the best, but we're not sure if that is really the issue since I've had both my other children drop off the weight charts, but they didn't start dropping until 5 months of age. Gggrrrr!
Any of you have the same problem? Any advice?

I am so sorry about the weight issue. I know how hard it is to deal with it. Hailey is barely in the 3% for weight. Hanna has gone from 50% to 75% and now back to 50%. I don't know if I should be worried or not but I do because of Hailey's weight problems. It is so stressful. I hope your little guy will eat better for you.
I am sorry all I have is sympathy. No advice since I still don't know what went wrong with Hailey or how to prevent it with Hanna. I hope I don't have to worry about this time around.
Don't blame yourself...this happens to the best of us! What a cutie pie!
My only advice is to not be hard on yourself. As we talked about when I was there, Kacen and I were in the same situation. There is absolutely nothing wrong with formula...regardless of what some people will say. We give things our best shot, and when they don't work out, we go with the best alternative. You are a WONDERFUL mom, and the amount of love you give Logan far outweighs anything else.
