Jenna's New Ride

We got a bike seat for Jenna. I think it will be great to have. Jenna seemed to enjoy riding around in it...and she can see out instead looking at our back. Now we just have to find a trailer for Logan and we are ready to go on family bike rides. And think...we've only been living by the greenbelt for 5 1/2 years and summer is coming to an end. Oh well, we'll definately enjoy every minute we have! :)

Logan's 6 month stats

I can't believe it has been a half of a year since Logan's been in our family. Time really has gone by so fast! He had his appointment yesterday and here's where Logan is at:

Height: 27" (50-75%)

Weight: 13 lbs, 14 oz (5-10%) at least he's on the chart

Head circum. 17.25 (50%)

Logan is already trying to get on his hands and knees and will wiggle to get to something he wants. He loves to roll all over the place as well. Logan really loves Adam and Jenna and laughs at them often. We sure love this little guy!

Now on the the next task: solid foods!

Bear Lake

We went to Bear Lake for the week and had a great time! A huge thanks to Dave and Marilyn for making it happen. Everyone did their part to make it a huge success and we had a blast. This was the only year so far that the whole family was able to make it.

We did a lot of fun things, such as had a wonderful Family Home Evening, had an auction for a variety of things we were able to bid on by the points we'd been earning weeks before. We also had a talent show, games on the beach, and a bonfire in addition to spending 3 fun days at the lake. The food was great and plentiful, as always and the entertainment and company was terrific!

Weekend Fun

This last weekend all of the guys in the family went on their annual camping trip. I was able to go to my parents house for the weekend, which was really nice for me. My sister even took a shuttle to Boise and drove with me to my parents house. I was so grateful for her help!

On Saturday I had my 10-year high school reunion. I attended the picnic and was able to see a few classmates. It was nice!

The kids had a great time! Grammy and Grandpa's house is so much fun! The backyard is especially a delight for the kids. The trampoline and kiddie pool were the biggest hits, but the dirt and rocks came in close second.

Happy 4th of July

We had a fun 4th of July. I thought Logan looked so cute in his outfit. (Thanks Jared & Joy!) We had a great time riding bikes on the greenbelt, playing in a little pool, and going out to Melba, ID for some more fun. Ryan's parents spent the day with us and we sure had a great time with them.

Jenna's new bed

Ryan came home from work on Friday and decided he was going to get Jenna a big girl bed, so that is just what he did. Jenna has really liked having a big bed for the most part. There has been a couple melt downs, but after the learning curve of being in a bed, she'll be just fine. Here's Jenna on her new bed.
